QUALITY INSPECTOR - Bowling Green, OH
Immediate Start
$17.00 per hour - Bi-Weekly Pay
Position available :
1st Shift | 7:00am - 3:00pm could be required to work seven days per week
2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm could be required to work seven days per week
3rd Shift | 11:00pm - 7:00am could be required to work seven days per week
You will be visually inspecting and gaging automotive metal stamped parts that weigh up to 25lbs.
Required Safety Equipment: Steel toe shoes/boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety sleeves (all provided except Steel toe shoes/boots).
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand for long hours
- Must be willing to work weekends as required
- Able to read and write
Summary of the Quality Inspector:
- Inspect parts per written instruction supplied by customer or CER Management as effectively and efficiently as possible
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
- Inspects designated materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual or dimensional inspection; rejecting and recording unacceptable materials
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Education and Experience of the Quality Inspector:
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- Previous inspection experience preferred
