- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + OT as needed
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assembler to build heavy equipment products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves using hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, and comfortable working with large parts and equipment.
Responsibilities: - Assemble components and products using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to ensure proper assembly
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Handle and move materials safely within the work area
- Operate forklift and/or overhead crane as needed (if trained)
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be able to use hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Physically active role (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
- Steel-toed work boots required
