A leading luxury automotive dealership in the Charlotte, NC area is seeking to hire an Automotive Internet Manager to take ownership of a strong digital lead operation.

This is a high-visibility role with quality internet traffic, strong earning potential, an established luxury brand, and the opportunity to directly impact showroom traffic and sales performance.

You’ll have the tools, inventory, and support to do what strong Internet Managers do best: respond quickly, build relationships, drive appointments, improve conversions, and create a polished customer experience from the very first interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Manage incoming internet and digital sales leads
• Oversee lead response time, follow-up, and appointment-setting
• Work leads through the CRM and ensure consistent communication
• Improve appointment set, show, and sold rates
• Monitor lead sources, activity, and conversion performance
• Coach and support BDC or Internet team members as needed
• Partner with Sales Managers and the showroom team to maximize opportunities
• Maintain a high-touch, professional experience expected in a luxury dealership

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive Internet Manager, BDC, or digital retail experience required
• Strong CRM and lead-management skills
• Proven ability to improve appointment and conversion performance
• Excellent phone, text, email, and customer communication skills
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple lead sources
• Experience coaching or managing Internet/BDC staff is a plus
• Luxury automotive experience is preferred, but strong performers from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply
