About Mountain Auto Care

Mountain Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its independent repair shop in Durango, Colorado.

This position offers a $50,000-$90,000 annual salary, paid biweekly, with a Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM schedule.

This customer-facing role works closely with customers and the shop team to support a professional automotive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers and the automotive service team
• Support customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process
• Maintain clear and accurate communication between customers and technicians
• Manage inventory, including monitoring stock levels, tracking parts and supplies, and helping ensure necessary inventory is available when needed
• Follow established shop procedures and workflows
• Help maintain an organized and professional service environment
• Work collaboratively with technicians and other team members
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service experience
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members
• Dependable attendance and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continue developing automotive service skills

Compensation & Benefits

Mountain Auto Care offers a salary of $50,000-$90,000 per year, paid biweekly.
