Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 36 months gap required between for Staff at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light and no current placement allowed at Program: SimpliFi Program - Northern Light.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: OR/C-arm experience. Experience with outpatient and inpatient ED/ICU/MedSurg/OR patient types. Fluoroscopy experience required; candidates without fluoro experience may be considered with manager approval if otherwise strong overall.

Required Credentials: State license should not expire within 45 days following start date.

Special Requests: Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying. You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit and shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit and facility. RTO requires manager approval.

Unit Details: Outpatient and inpatient imaging across ED, ICU, MedSurg, and OR. Primarily adult/geriatric patients with some pediatrics. Fluoroscopy, C-arm in OR, ortho and ortho trauma, ICU, MedSurg, ER (CXRAY, AB scans, vascular). Average 25-30 scans per day. Support includes Lead Tech and internal transport. Radiologist on site 3 days per week and reading remotely 2 days per week; available by phone until 1630/1700, then remote service after that. PACS: Enterprise Imaging AGFA. Equipment includes Siemens rooms, T-Rad with Siemens ART PIX digital general X-ray room, Cannon Ultimax hybrid C-arm for general radiology procedures and pain clinic, Phillips and OEC C-arms in OR, Phillips C-arms, Siemens Portable (Digital), GE AMX 4 portable, and Mini C-arm for ortho scans.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend rotation varies based on need. No call required. Holiday expectations are done in rotation with other techs. 6-week schedules. Variable day or evening shift times depending on department needs.

Floating Requirements: Floating may include a fixed location other than OR or portables for inpatient scans.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
