Facilities Maintenance Assistant - Now Hiring

Part-Time Facilities & Maintenance Assistant We are looking for a dependable, responsible college student to join our team as a Part-Time Facilities & Maintenance Assistant. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and taking pride in keeping a building and its surrounding property looking clean, safe, and well maintained. Responsibilities - Run local errands and pick up supplies, materials, and other items as needed - Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the interior of the building - Help with minor repairs and maintenance projects - Keep storage and utility areas organized - Assist with light yardwork and outdoor property maintenance - Help with seasonal tasks such as moving items, cleaning, or other general property upkeep - Identify maintenance issues and bring them to the attention of management - Assist with other projects as needed Schedule The ideal schedule would be approximately 3-4 hours in the late afternoon, five days per week, with some flexibility around a college class schedule. This position could be an excellent fit for a college student looking for consistent part-time work in the afternoons/evenings.
