Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Now Hiring

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dutch Boy Cleaners. You'll be the first face customers see — helping with drop-off and pick-up, keeping orders accurate, and making sure every garment is handled right.

Full-time and part-time shifts available; schedule varies by location and business needs.

What you'll do:

• Greet customers and assist with garment drop-off/pick-up
• Log orders accurately, noting any special instructions
• Inspect garments for stains or damage and communicate with customers
• Handle payments and keep accurate register records
• Track orders to ensure timely, correct service
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• May work across different area locations as needed

What we're looking for:

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, comfortable multitasking
• Comfortable handling cash and POS systems
• Able to lift/move garments and bags up to 25 lbs
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 20 lbs
• Available to work: weekdays
• Available to work: weekends
• Willing to travel locally

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work: early morning
