CT Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with the EPIC system and be available for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Perform CT scans and related procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the imaging area.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to obtain the best possible diagnostic results.
- Follow all regulatory and safety standards while operating imaging equipment.
- Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) is required.
- Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice is required.
- Advanced Certification in the modality of CT is required in Oregon and Hawaii; preferred in California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment is required for California if operating fluoroscopy equipment.
- Venipuncture certification is required in California if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials.
This position requires availability for night shifts, from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
