Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license; BLS certification; valid drivers license; auto insurance and registration; annual TB test; MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap (valid within 10 years), annual flu vaccination; recent drug screening and physical exam; no minimum experience required
- Additional Information: Travel outside the designated service area may be necessary. Responsibilities include completing visits and documentation as specified, with time approved on a per visit basis covering travel, visit, documentation, and communication activities. Flexibility for weekend coverage and working with COVID-positive and PUI (Persons Under Investigation) patients is required. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission and cannot be added post-acceptance.
