Food Runners play an essential part in maintaining the flow and quality of service throughout the restaurant. **Key Responsibilities:** + Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and professionally. + Confirm each dish is accurate, properly presented, and complete before leaving the kitchen. + Communicate effectively with servers, chefs, hosts, and managers. + Assist with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables throughout service. + Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism. + Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary service areas. + Support the restaurant team during busy periods and perform additional duties as assigned. + Follow all Osteria Sierra policies, food-safety standards, and service procedures. **Qualifications:** + A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced hospitality environment. + Refined verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure. + Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry items for extended periods of time. + Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. + Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.
