GSC Logistics is hiring reliable, safety-focused FedEx Delivery Drivers in Kokomo, IN. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and getting the job done right, this could be a great fit. You'll complete about 85 package delivery stops per day on suburban and rural routes.

About GSC Logistics

We are a growing FedEx contractor operating from 2360 E North St, Kokomo, IN 46901. Since March 2024, we've grown from the ground up to as many as 17 routes per day. We value safety, teamwork, and dependable people.

Pay & Benefits

• $160–$200/day after training
• $120/day paid training for about 2 weeks
• Pay evaluation after starting solo routes - $200 Bonus 
• 90-day pay evaluation
• 5 PTO days after 90-day evaluation
• 10 PTO days after 1 year
• Company vehicle and uniform provided

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time: Tuesday–Saturday
• Part-time: 2–4 days, Monday–Saturday
• Start at 8:00 AM and work until deliveries are complete

Key Responsibilities

• Complete about 85 delivery stops daily
• Safely operate a FedEx delivery vehicle
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Scan, load, and deliver packages
• Use GPS to complete residential and business deliveries

Required Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license; no CDL required
• Able to handle packages up to 150 lbs.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR and employer-paid background check
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test and DOT physical
• Delivery, courier, driving, warehouse, moving, construction, landscaping, or other manual labor experience is a plus
