Job Description
Ahead ABA is looking for a certified RBT to join our team in Hyattsville and the surrounding Route 1 area. This role is built around two cases, so it is a good fit if you want steady, meaningful work without a full schedule.
As an RBT with us, you will work one-on-one with a child with autism in their home. You will follow the plan your supervising BCBA creates, lead each therapy session, and track the child's progress along the way.
To be a good fit, you will need an active RBT certification, a reliable way to get to family homes, and real care for kids. Experience with autism or ABA is welcome but not required. You will also need to pass a background check.
