DNC Facility Services is hiring a Cleaning Technician for a brand-new church account in Haughton, LA. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and wants to be part of a growing company built on integrity and accountability.

Location: Haughton, LA 

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday — start between 8:00–9:00 AM
• Thursday — start between 12:00–1:00 PM
• Approximately 5–6 hours per shift, 5 days a week
  
  

Pay: $13.50/hour

Position Type: Solo Technician — you'll be the sole cleaner responsible for this account, rotating through the church's five buildings on a set weekly schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas to DNC's quality standards — the DNC Standard: Visual, Touch, Completion, and Standard checks
• Follow a structured weekly building rotation (sanctuary/atrium, gym, classrooms, offices, and children's areas)
• Empty trash, restock supplies, clean restrooms, and maintain floors across multiple building types
• Use key fob access to move between buildings and follow site-specific protocols
• Report any issues, supply needs, or concerns to your Team Lead/Account Manager promptly
• Represent DNC professionally at all times, since our team members are trusted regularly in this space
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail — someone who takes ownership of the space they're cleaning
• Comfortable working solo across multiple buildings on a set schedule
• Coachable and open to learning DNC's cleaning standards and processes
• Prior commercial cleaning experience helpful but not required — we'll train the right person
