Operations Manager

Coric designs, distributes, and supports material handling equipment and solutions — forklifts, racking and storage systems, and warehouse automation — for customers across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. As Coric expands its branch and distribution network, we're looking for a seasoned HR executive to set the people strategy for the entire organization and build an HR function that scales with the business.

The Operations Manager leads the growth and operational strategy for the Parts & Service business across the branches within their region. This role is responsible for driving performance and implementing efficient, standardized processes across all locations. The Operations Manager works closely with the Regional Operations Director to implement company operations standards and drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
