Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Tech IV for a long-term contract opportunity in Browning, Montana. This assignment is ideal for a laboratory professional with strong technical expertise, prior supervisory experience, and flexibility to support changing departmental scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee laboratory testing according to established procedures and quality standards.

• Support daily laboratory operations, specimen processing, testing, documentation, and quality control.

• Provide guidance and operational support to laboratory staff.

• Assist with workflow coordination, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient laboratory operations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant laboratory education, certification, and/or licensure as required for the position.

• Previous supervisory laboratory experience required.

• Strong clinical laboratory experience and knowledge of laboratory procedures and quality standards.

• Must have open and flexible schedule availability.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
