JOB SUMMARY

MCCPDC is seeking an analytical ERP & EDI Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical teams. In this role, you will translate business needs into system solutions, configure ERP modules, manage EDI trading-partner integrations, and lead testing, documentation, and user adoption across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing workflows.

KEY DUTIES

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Configure and support ERP modules across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing.
  • Manage EDI trading-partner onboarding, relationships, transaction setup, and ongoing support.
  • Support EDI transaction sets, including 850 purchase orders, 810 invoices, 856 advance ship notices, and 820 payment orders.
  • Map EDI documents and troubleshoot transaction errors, rejections, and data-quality issues.
  • Partner with integration developers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Plan and lead testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training to support successful system adoption.
  • Support reporting and analytics requests for business and operational teams.
  • Maintain system, process, and integration documentation while supporting compliance requirements.


EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP and/or EDI business analysis.
  • Hands-on experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional specifications.
  • Hands-on experience configuring ERP modules.
  • Working knowledge of EDI transaction sets, including 850, 810, 856, and 820.
  • Experience with EDI mapping, trading-partner onboarding, and troubleshooting transaction failures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading testing activities, including user acceptance testing, is preferred.
  • Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience, including exposure to NCPDP or DSCSA, is preferred.
