About this job
Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help establish the clinical foundation of our Ohio operations.
Our company is currently focused on growing its operations in Georgia. This Ohio position will begin as an hourly, part-time role with a limited and flexible time commitment while we complete credentialing and prepare for a future expansion into the state.
The selected BCBA will provide clinical guidance during this early stage and help ensure our Ohio operations are built thoughtfully, ethically, and in accordance with state requirements. Once we fully expand into Ohio and begin serving children and families, this individual will have the opportunity to help lead and build our clinical operations in the state.
Requirements
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active Ohio Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential
Knowledge of Ohio ABA regulations, payer requirements, and clinical standards
Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality, and family-centered care
Leadership or ABA startup experience is preferred
Initial Responsibilities
Help shape the clinical foundation of our Ohio operations
Support payer credentialing and launch preparation
Provide guidance on Ohio clinical and regulatory requirements
Help develop policies, procedures, and quality standards
Create a thoughtful plan for beginning services in Ohio
Ensure the company is clinically prepared before accepting clients
Future Responsibilities
As we fully expand into Ohio, this person will have the opportunity to:
Help lead and build the company’s Ohio clinical operations
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of clinical team members
Establish strong systems for clinical quality and oversight
Help grow services responsibly across the state
Support children and families with compassionate, high-quality ABA care
Schedule and Growth Opportunity
This is currently an hourly, part-time position. Hours will remain limited and flexible while our primary focus is on our Georgia operations and we prepare for expansion into Ohio.
Once we begin serving children and families in Ohio, the position may expand into a larger leadership role and potentially become full-time, depending on company growth, business needs, and mutual interest.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a Ohio-based BCBA/LBA who is comfortable joining during the early stages of development and is excited about the opportunity to eventually lead and build a clinical operation. This person should care deeply about creating ethical, sustainable services that make a meaningful difference for children and their families.
