Construction Supervisor

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Earth, Texas. The Construction Supervisor will provide direct field supervision and oversight of day-to-day electrical activities on a variety of projects.

The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in civil construction, construction supervision, or related work.

Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide daily field oversight and contractor coordination to ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and company standards.
• Verify electrical completion, conduct field inspections, and perform quality surveillance to ensure work meets established requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and work quality while identifying and facilitating timely resolution of field issues.
• Verify completion of corrective actions and support site activities to maintain project progress and readiness for Operations
• Maintain daily field documentation and provide support for a successful transition to Operations.

Requirements of the Construction Supervisor:

• 7–10 years of experience in civil construction, construction supervision, or related work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience supporting renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, or BESS.
• Experience with civil design, construction support, and contractor coordination.
• BESS system design experience highly beneficial.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• OSHA 30 or other safety certifications preferred.
