What You’ll Do:

• Build genuine relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience. 
• Listen to customers’ needs and help them find the right vehicle. 
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, explain features, and conduct test drives. 
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while meeting dealership goals. 
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build lasting relationships and earn referrals. 
• Stay current on products, technology, financing options, and sales best practices. 
• Participate in training, team meetings, and dealership events. 
• Keep the showroom and lot looking their best. 
• Be involved in the community and represent Midway Motors with pride. 
• Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a team, and everyone plays a part. 

What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is driven, personable, dependable, professional, and willing to work hard. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
