We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our human resources operations and help foster an engaged, high-performing workforce. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and OSHA

• Implement staffing plans for proper coverage across departments

• Administer benefits, payroll, and employee engagement programs

• Handle performance management and professional development

• Facilitate safety meetings, workers compensation and safety programs

Requirements:

Licensure/Certification:

• PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Experience:

• Manage on-site interviews and successful onboarding experience

• 3-5 years HR experience, healthcare setting preferred

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
