10K Sign on Bonus Med Surg

In-Office | Show Low, AZ, United States
5K of sign on will be paid out at 90 days and the other 5K at the 12 months. There is a 5K relocation bonus paid if needed, but one-year commitment if paid out.
Unit info:
- 24 beds - MedSurg with Tele capability on all beds
- Adults and Peds
-Must be strong in Neuro and Cardiac skills
- 2 years of experience required
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
- PALS preferred
- Shifts: 12 hours
- 36 hour guarantee
- EMR: Sunrise Allscripts
- Support staff on unit: Tele techs, charge nurse, HUCs and PCTs
- Nurse to patient ratios: 1:5 days; 1:6 nights; 1:4 peds -also based on level of acuity
- Nurse managers don't provide patient care, but they do rounds
- Float to all MS units and ICU (taking MS overflow patients)
- Hospitalist in house 24/7
- No IV team
- Resp Therapist 24/7
- Pharmacy 24/7
- Scrub color: any color except all black
- Scrubs not provided
