Immediate need for the Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid at PA (W2)

Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years in a Senior Analyst role
• Experience analyzing legacy applications or leading digital transformation requirements
• Strong requirements gathering and User Story development
• Agile/Scrum experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Experience testing large-scale projects
• Strong experience leading/coordinating UAT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Experience with enterprise application modernization
• Process improvement / Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and public-sector compliance
• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or similar public-sector experience is a plus
• YAFOS Certification is highly desired
