Rally Point Management, LLC (RPM) is seeking an Unmanned Systems Instructor /. Operator. The job requires more than 75% travel. Travel will be CONUS and OCONUS.   Your home base of operation can be your current residence.


Unmanned System contractors provide OCONUS and CONUS training and service to various operations and locations. The individual shall support a Mobile Training Team conducting training at one or more CONUS or OCONUS locations and shall be prepared to conduct the training effort at a designated static location or travel from one unit location to another as required. The contractor shall maintain worldwide deployment standards conduct training at CONUS and OCONUS locations IAW the needs of the contract.


 DESCRIPTION:


This position:


·  Will travel both OCONUS and CONUS as required (about 75% of the time is travel)


· Will maintain original equipment manufacturer training program and training support package


· Will update the Training Support Package (TSP) as needed to incorporate lessons learned and best practices


· Will provide information regarding acquisition of resources and management for conduct of training


· Will provide definition and direction for instructors and trainees for conducting formal training


· TSP will include collective training on a variety of missions, TTP, Sensor-to-Shooter planning and execution, operational areas and frequency planning and analysis of missions


· Training will consist of a combination of classroom, simulator and operational training using system hardware consistent with what is used in the field.


· Training will include system operations, maintenance, operational area management, emergency procedures, simulator operation, tactic, techniques and procedures.


· Schedules and locations will be directed by the customer.


· Contractors will administer written and practical tests to assess an individual’s skills, knowledge, attitudes and achievements of all learning objectives.


· Contractors will track and record individual student task proficiency prior to the conclusion of the student’s training program and provide results prior to graduation.



- Contractors will maintain records of training and operations as directed by the manufacturer and customer.


 QUALIFICATIONS:


Minimum Qualifications:


· Unmanned systems operator experience



- Must have operational deployment experience


· Organizational and Instruction Expertise:  knowledge of the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions related to the events.


· Proficiency in simulator operations with the ability to calibrate and operate all assigned simulator equipment and operation for training scenarios.


· Must possess navigation/map and compass skills.


· Must have evidence of a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record.


· Will perform other duties as assigned by Site Lead, Program Manager or customer.


Education & Skills:


- High School Education or GED equivalent


- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office:  Outlook, Excel, and Word


- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to make a good company impression


- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills


US Security Clearance Required:



Secret - must be able to obtain/maintain

Heavy 75-100% (CONUS/OCONUS)


 Physical Requirements:


Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.  You may be sitting, standing or bending for long periods of time during travel and training.
