Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Permanent
Location: DCH Regional Medical Center, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights; unit dependent)
Pay Range: $30 – $40/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Included
Relocation Bonus: Included
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care not required)
Work Authorization:
Canadian citizens: Eligible for TN visa with VisaScreen approval
Non-Canadian applicants: EB-3 visa sponsorship available (where eligible)
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care across assigned nursing units
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
