Setting: SNF

Compensation: $104K – $115K (COTA) | $135K PT/OT

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department

·        Supervise therapy staff and coordinate patient care

·        Ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient outcomes

Requirements:

·        Active state therapy license

·        Experience in similar clinical setting preferred
