SCB Level 2- Customer Service Representative

South Central Bank, Inc., is seeking a qualified candidates for the position of Full-Time Service Certified Banker Level II in the Hardin County Market. The Service Certified Banker II (S.C.B. Level 2) is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a timely manner related to all phases of all phases of customer service and processing transactions Routinely handles customer questions, inquiries, or problems regarding products, services, or accounts.  Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and future customers by being knowledgeable on all deposit products to include online products. Previous customer service and/or cashing handling and teller experience is required, bilingual or multilingual communication skills are preferred.
