What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the while coordinating daily operations.
• Assign work, coach team members, and help train new employees.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and end-of-day balancing.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including daily system operations.
• Coordinate smooth shift transitions between supervisors.
• Assist guests with golf car rentals, storage accounts, payments, and service requests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Process work orders, parts sales, and department transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
• Promote a positive team environment while providing legendary customer service.
