Parts Ordering Manager

Full-Time | Costa Mesa / Irvine | $80K+ Potential

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy procurement and operations problem solver.

YOU'LL BE GREAT AT THIS IF YOU:

• Are excellent with Excel, computers, web apps, and learning new software
• Have strong purchasing, sourcing, or vendor negotiation skills
• Notice details and errors others miss
• Naturally solve problems and look for better ways to do things
• Can manage multiple orders, vendors, returns, credits, and reconciliations
• Are accountable, organized, accurate, and dependable with Inventory

Automotive experience is a plus, but we care more about finding the right person than the perfect automotive résumé.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Purchase parts and negotiate vendor pricing
• Manage orders, returns, warranties, credits, and discrepancies
• Monitor pricing and profitability
• Maintain accurate records across Tekmetric, Excel, accounting software, and vendor portals
• Help improve purchasing and operational processes
• Support our service and management teams
