RN - PRC Case Management | Wolf Point / Poplar, MT | 6+ Month Contract | Competitive Pay

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with direct Indian Health Service (IHS) Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) experience for a long-term case management assignment in Montana.

This 6+ month contract is ideal for an RN who understands PRC workflows, referrals, care coordination, authorization processes, and working with patients who require services outside the direct-care system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Purchased/Referred Care cases and external healthcare referrals.

• Review clinical information and support appropriate referral and authorization workflows.

• Coordinate care between patients, providers, outside facilities, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate case management and referral documentation.

• Follow applicable IHS PRC policies, procedures, and care coordination requirements.

• Support continuity of care and timely follow-up for referred services.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license.

• Previous IHS Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) experience required.

• Case management, care coordination, referral, or utilization-management experience.

• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to start as soon as credentialing and clearance are completed.
