Behavior Technician (BT) - Paid Training

Childwise ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. We are looking for caring, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference.

No prior RBT certification is required to apply. We provide training and support, and qualified employees may have the opportunity to pursue RBT certification.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Collect and record behavioral data

• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills

• Support children during structured activities and routines

• Build a positive, supportive relationship with each child
  

Compensation & Schedule

• $22–$28 per hour

• Part-time: 15–30 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Specific hours will depend on the client and your availability
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus

• Previous ABA or behavioral experience is a plus, but not required

• RBT certification is not required to apply

• Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children

• Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
