⏱️ 13-Week Contract | 40 Hours/Week
☀️ Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
The Opportunity
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
Cover POD 6 / Pinal County, including Maricopa, Casa Grande, Eloy, and Arizona City.
Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
Complete required home-care documentation, including OASIS.
Preferred Experience
Previous Home Care/Home Health RN experience
OASIS knowledge
Wound care experience
ICU, ED, or Med-Surg experience is also valuable
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
40 hours/week
Navy scrubs required
Navy warm-up jacket permitted
