What We’re Looking For:

• A natural leader who’s energetic, dependable, and customer-focused

• Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and coach a team

• Organized multitasker who thrives in a high-volume environment

• Availability for early mornings, weekends, or holidays (flexibility is key!)

• Previous experience in coffee, food service, or retail leadership strongly preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations and an awesome guest experience

• Support training and coaching of baristas to build confidence and consistency

• Jump in wherever needed—whether it’s making drinks, running food, or working the register

• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety and quality standards

• Communicate effectively with the store manager on staffing, inventory, and guest feedback

• Handle shift responsibilities such as opening/closing, cash handling, and resolving minor issues on the spot

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, move, and work on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift

• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs regularly

• Repetitive motion with hands and arms (scooping, tamping, pouring, etc.)
