Certified Dietary Manager

As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive safe, nutritious, and appealing meals that meet their individual dietary needs. In this FULL_TIME position, you will oversee the daily operations of our dietary department, providing leadership and direction to our dietary staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
About the Role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dietary department, ensuring that meals are prepared and served in a safe and efficient manner.
Schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate dietary employees to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve our goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional department that reflects our commitment to quality and resident satisfaction.
Ensure proper food handling, preparation, storage, and service, adhering to our strict food safety protocols.
Participate in care plan meetings to ensure that our dietary care aligns with each resident's individual needs and goals.
Monitor meal service to ensure that meals follow approved menus, recipes, portion control, and other dietary requirements.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years or older.
Must be licensed as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively work with our dietary staff and residents.
