What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in performing mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery.

• Support repairs by using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Collaborate with senior mechanics to learn repair techniques and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude with interest in developing maintenance skills.

• Ability to safely use basic tools and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in varied conditions.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting Pay $23.03 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
