Production Planner - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. As a Production Planner, you will be part of the Production Control department supporting scheduling and capacity planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Duluth, MN

Pay Range:  $24.00-31.25/hour

Shift:  7:00 am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job? 

• Perform planning and scheduling functions involved with confirming ship schedules on customer orders.
• Lead planning and NPI meetings to discuss resources and capacity.
• Provide status updates to customers and expedite orders per requests.
• Act as on-site EHS coordinator for the facility as required.
• Perform QA inspections for in-process and completed space products daily.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of related experience in planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform shipping duties and act as backup for shipping as needed.
• Strong judgment and initiative in handling planning and scheduling assignments.
