Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers and Machine Operators- ALL shift availability- Weekly Pay! to join their dynamic team. As an Assemblers and Machine Operators- ALL shift availability- Weekly Pay!, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting the assembly and operation of disposable devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers and Machine Operators- ALL shift availability- Weekly Pay!

Location: Mountain Home, AR

Pay Range: $17

What's the Job?

• Assemble components of disposable devices by hand or operating semi-automatic and automatic machines
• Visually inspect, label, and package items to ensure quality standards
• Perform tasks such as loading bags and/or parts, sealing, packing, and stacking cartons
• Correct minor faults such as line jams and inspect parts for defects
• Maintain and update charts, time sheets, repair sheets, and protocols as needed

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
