General Laborer

Our client, a manufacturing and light factory work environment, is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Norwell, MA

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 am-2:00 pm

What's the Job?

• Manually cleaning cymbals using a cotton cloth and spray bottles of iso-propyl alcohol
• Assisting with light factory work and maintaining a clean work environment
• Supporting team members in daily production tasks
• Ensuring safety and quality standards are met during cleaning processes
• Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform manual tasks consistently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
