Pay: Starting at $100,000 per year
Location: Columbia, South Carolina

A leading consumer bankruptcy law firm is seeking a Signing Attorney for its Columbia office. This position guides clients through the signing process and ensures bankruptcy documents are accurate, complete, and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute bankruptcy-related legal documents
• Guide clients through case signings
• Maintain accurate case files and records
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and staff
• Assist with court preparation as needed
• Protect client confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina
• Knowledge of consumer bankruptcy procedures and Title 11
• Experience with Best Case, CM/ECF, and PACER
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• High ethical and professional standards
