TASKS TO BE PERFORMED: · Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions. · Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements. · Grill, cook, and fry foods such as french fries, eggs, and pancakes. · Set up and tear down equipment. · Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed. · Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. · Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Voucher provided for Marta and for 1 meal during shift. Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.• Assist with set-up, stocking, and breakdown of concession stands before and after events.• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations.• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and fellow staff.Preferred experience• Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred (concessions, QSR, or stadium setting a plus).• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the stadium event schedule.• Able to stand for long periods, and handle hot kitchen equipment.
