What You Will Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Client Servicing Team to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Oversee daily servicing operations, workflows, and quality control to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular coaching sessions, and support employee growth and development
- Manage escalated client issues and provide hands-on support for complex service situations
- Develop and improve processes, SOPs, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategic initiatives
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of team members
- Financial services industry experience required
- Retirement planning industry experience preferred
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of client service operations and workflow management
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
