Attorney at Law

We are seeking an Attorney At Law to become a part of our team! This position includes both litigation responsibilities and oil and gas title examination responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal pleadings and discovery documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Examine oil and gas title, draft title opinions for oil and gas operators
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Work with clients and their designated agents to coordinate necessary services

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in litigation and oil and gas
• Familiarity with Texas oil and gas matters
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Prefer previous stand-up title experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
