Manufacturing Technician

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Technician paying up to $26 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot product or equipment failures and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform detailed technical troubleshooting using applicable diagrams, specifications, procedures, and testing equipment.
• Perform service and adjustments, and any other activities in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Analyze recurring failures and assist with root-cause identification and corrective actions.
• Conduct functional testing and verification following completion of service to ensure applicable quality, performance, and reliability.
• Accurately document activities, findings, test results, and identified issues.
• Follow established manufacturing, safety, quality, and 5S procedures.
• Perform additional technical and manufacturing support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, testing, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Core Competencies: Deep understanding of 5S workplace organization methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment specifications.
• Strong attention to detail regarding both machine accuracy and administrative documentation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
