Maintenance Technician – Full-Time

Location: Dadeville, Alabama
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $17.00/hour and up, based on experience

We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dadeville. This is a full-time position working with electric motors, pumps, and related equipment both in our shop and at customer locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain electric motors and pumps
• Disassemble and reassemble motors, pumps, and related equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs
• Assist with field service calls and on-site troubleshooting
• Inspect equipment and identify mechanical or electrical problems
• Properly use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with other shop and maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge and proper use of hand and power tools
• Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
• Ability and willingness to learn electric motor and pump repair
• Electrical or industrial maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
• Dependable and able to work independently as well as with a team
• Willing and able to perform field service work when needed
• Previous experience with electric motors, pumps, industrial equipment, or mechanical repair is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $17.00/hour, with higher pay available based on experience
