Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond directly to end-user service requests for office or desktop support, providing Level 1 response
- Escalate unresolved issues to office management or technical support teams
- Communicate status updates to end-users regarding service requests
- Assist with office management activities including office moves, conference room management, and vendor administration
- Operate customer-provided systems such as scheduling, travel, audio-visual, voice/data, and reporting tools
- Manage customer asset processes for office and technology assets
- Interact with vendors in accordance with established agreements
- Gather data and prepare reports as requested
- Maintain up-to-date service request systems and site procedures guides
- Respond to incoming service requests (telephone, voicemail, mail, SR ticket) in a timely, professional manner
- Assume ownership of support requests, escalating and following up as needed to ensure resolution
- Participate in customer reviews (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Manage performance to agreed Service Level Agreements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience
- Associate's degree or certification in Technology, or equivalent technical degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering), or equivalent experience in a related field
- ITIL Certification
- MCTS
- MCSA
- CDIA+
