Bilingual Line Lead

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Line Lead paying $19.50 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–15 production operators during assigned shifts.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity to meet production goals.
• Train and coach team members while communicating shift priorities.
• Oversee production line setup, operation, changeovers, and packaging processes.
• Ensure production stays on schedule and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
• Enforce GMP, SOPs, quality standards, and perform in-process quality checks.
• Complete production documentation, deviation reports, and shift logs accurately.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by enforcing PPE and 5S standards.
• Report safety concerns, production issues, downtime, and communicate shift handoffs effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification a plus
• 2–4 years of experience in a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in a lead, team lead, or supervisory capacity preferred
• Solid understanding of GMP a plus
• Ability to read and follow batch records, SOPs, and work instructions
• Basic computer skills (data entry, production tracking systems)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead by example
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
