Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from inception through implementation
• Develop project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
• Manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions)
• Coordinate resources across Agile teams and external vendors
• Prepare executive presentations and governance materials
• Monitor delivery metrics and program health using Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and labor laws

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
• SAFe Agilist (SA)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
