Customer Engagement Representative - Entry Level

We’re hiring Customer Engagement Representatives to support customer-focused campaigns, community outreach, promotional events, and in-person engagement initiatives.

This is a full-time entry-level opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want to develop experience in customer service, sales, marketing, communications, and business development. No previous experience is required — paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with customers and community members
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Explain products, services, programs, and promotions
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach
• Represent partner organizations and maintain a positive customer experience
• Assist with event setup, registration, presentations, and promotional activities
• Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
• Work with team members to meet daily goals and campaign objectives
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
