Bilingual Customer Service Representatives -ON SITE - Mckinney, TX

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in an on‐site role. In this position, you will support customers by providing accurate product and service information and assisting with technical concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, addressing customer questions and resolving complaints
• Offer clear and detailed information about company products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product‐related issues
• Record and update customer information after each interaction
• Maintain an up‐to‐date understanding of product and service changes

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Professional, positive, and customer‐focused demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
