Remodel General Laborer - 8-Week Project

Labor Finders is seeking dependable General Laborers for an 8-week remodeling project in Tampa. This is a temporary opportunity with day and night shifts, requiring availability 7 days a week for 8 weeks, with part-time, full-time, and daily scheduling options. Workers will assist with moving machines and other equipment throughout the facilities and must be physically capable of working extended shifts and performing active labor.

Responsibilities

• Move machines and other equipment throughout the facilities.
• Assist with team lifting as needed.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain a respectful and professional manner while working inside the facilities.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and availability 7 days a week for 8 weeks.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and assist with team lifting.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully; reliable transportation required.
• Previous moving, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Must comply with required background screening, identification, dress code, and security requirements for facility access.
