Automotive Manufacturing


Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, and New Program Launches while supporting manufacturing, equipment, packaging, and facility development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct Time Studies & Labor Analysis
  • Drive Cost Reduction & Process Improvements
  • Develop Facility Layouts & Manufacturing Plans
  • Optimize Material Flow & Warehouse Logistics
  • Design Ergonomic Packaging & Line Presentation
  • Perform DFM/DFA & Manufacturability Analysis
  • Lead FMEA, Process Flow & Control Plans
  • Develop Error-Proofing & Process Controls
  • Develop Equipment & Automation Plans
  • Manage Equipment Procurement, Installation & Run-Off
  • Support OEE, Cpk & Production Performance
  • Lead New Program Launches
  • Troubleshoot Manufacturing & Process Issues
  • Train Production & Quality Teams

  • Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen expertise
  • Assembly Process & Material Flow experience
  • Automation, Machine Controls & Equipment
  • Sensors, Pneumatics & Electrical Systems
  • Time Studies & Line Balancing
